Herbalism is Folk medicine, the people's medicine and is accessible to all, by inviting the plants and the weeds that are in our gardens, the hedgerows and the wild places, into our kitchens and into our medicine cupboard we are taking the wild into our bodies and drinking in the Earth's abundance.
Herbal Consultations
I am trained in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing where we view illness and dis-ease as an invitation to return to wholeness in the body, through deep nourishment and an open heart. I support you with deep listening and observation, recognising you as the healer whilst I hold your hand and gently guide you through the door.
I work with women through all seasons of life from menstruation, pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, birth, miscarriage, abortion, seasoned motherhood, menopause and beyond.
